DESCRIPTION:Yonatan Hes (saxophone)\, Jascha Briand (guitar)\, Liam Elion (bass)\, Steven Moser (drums)\nThe inspiration behind Berlin Brain Flipper’s compositions comes from the modern jazz scene in New York and Berlin\, and they explore the rhythmic world of uneven beats. The quartet’s exploration of musical landscapes reflects the confluence of different cultural backgrounds within the group. Yo Hes\, was born in 2001\, and has pursued his music education at the Berklee College of Music in Boston\, subsequently he has studied at the Royal Conservatoire in Paris. Notably\, he won the Soloist prize at the Dinant Jazz Festival competition in 2018 (Belgium).
